This warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Any Z Sports products found by Z Sports to be defective in materials and/or will be repaired or replaced at the option of Z Sports when returned, freight prepaid. This warranty does not cover modification, abuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Helmets: One Year from Date of Purchase
Head and Neck Restraints: One Year from Date of Purchase
Suits, Shoes, and Gloves: 90 Days from Date of Purchase
Electronics: 30 Days from Date of Purchase
If you believe your Zamp Product should be covered under warranty, please take the following steps:
Contact Z Sports at (866) 842 9267 or email support@zamp-racing.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Ship the product back to Zamp, freight prepaid, and include the RA# on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the package, plus any communication in writing between you and Z Sports issuing the Return Authorization. Also, include your contact info: Name, Address, Daytime Phone, and Email Address.
Upon receipt of the product, we will make a determination and contact you.
