Returns/Exchanges:
You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item for a different size/color from the date your order ships. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging with no damage to product and/or packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at support@zamp-racing.com for a Return Authorization Number for your return or exchange.

Note: Any products with installation will require a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
